Listrak Engineers are preparing for peak traffic ahead of the Q4 holiday season to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and scalability of our services. We will be performing these proactive upgrades to our network infrastructure on Saturday, August 9, 2025, and Monday, August 11, between 2:00 AM ET and 3:00 AM ET.
During each of these 1-hour maintenance windows, you may experience a brief disruption of API calls. While we are targeting an interruption of less than 2 minutes, it could last up to 10 minutes. Our Infrastructure team has carefully planned this maintenance to minimize service disruption as much as possible.

Message campaigns scheduled during this time will be unaffected. All other systems and functionality will remain available, including media library content, link tracking, subscribe and unsubscribe requests, and website integrations.

We appreciate your understanding as we prepare for a successful and seamless holiday season.
