Each month, Listrak Engineers apply important system upgrades to ensure the performance, quality, and security of our services to provide you with the best experience!

We will be performing these upgrades on Sunday, February 1, 2026 between 9:00 PM ET and 2:00 AM ET. Typically, the impact of this maintenance is very minimal.

The Listrak application may be unavailable during brief portions of the maintenance window.

Message campaigns being sent during this time will be queued until the maintenance has been completed.

All other systems and functionality will remain available throughout the maintenance window, including media library content, link tracking, subscribe and unsubscribe requests, and website integrations.
