Listrak Engineers are continuing to prepare for the Q4 holiday season to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and scalability of our services. We will be performing additional upgrades to our network infrastructure on Monday, September 8, 2025, between 2:00 AM ET and 3:00 AM ET.

During the scheduled maintenance window, you may experience a brief delay in API responses and limited access to the platform. While we’re targeting a duration of less than 5 minutes, the disruption could extend up to 15 minutes. Our Infrastructure team has carefully coordinated this work to ensure minimal impact to our services.

Message campaigns scheduled during this time will be unaffected. All other systems and functionality will remain available, including media library content, link tracking, subscribe and unsubscribe requests, and website integrations.
